First Certificate in English (FCE)

Course Entry Level: Intermediate

The course prepares students for the most popular of all the Cambridge examinations. Students are able to use a wide range of vocabulary in a variety of work and social situations. The examination consists of 5 papers: Reading, Writing, Use of English, Listening and Speaking.

Certificate in Advanced English (CAE)

Course Entry Level: Upper Intermediate

This course is for students who are able to use English fluently. Preparation for this very practical exam features many realistic tasks such as writing business letters, leaflets and brochures; vocabulary building through authentic reading; and emphasis on speaking and listening. Students also need a good grasp of grammar, which is tested both in real-world tasks and the English in Use paper. It is recommended for people who work at a managerial or professional level.

Course Entry Level: Advanced

This course is for students who would like to enter university or another place of higher learning. It is an academic examination for people who have a wide vocabulary, enjoy literature and a range of other reading material, and can talk fluently on any topic.

This course is for professionals with a good level of English who are interested in gaining an internationally recognised Business English Certificate. Students will acquire the necessary skills to feel confident in the competitive global business environment of today. The BEC Vantage comprises four papers: Reading, Writing, Listening and Speaking.
