Description

Acquire basic skills in the administration and maintenance of a website and learn about the management of websites, corporate intranets and extranets as well as develop skills in website security. Learners undertaking this course will develop client focused practical and technical web administration skills and will also develop the skills to be able to build rapport with their clients and provide effective customer support.

This course provides a natural progression into the Diploma of Information Technology (Website Development) (19019).
