Description

Gain the skills and knowledge to be competent in providing technical, client or product support and help desk activities that require a level of information and communication technology (ICT) technical expertise. This course develops skills in defining, diagnosing and rectifying user needs and problems related to the use of hardware and software and with the selection of network oriented electives that could support a networked environment.
