How to apply for Diploma-to-Degree (D2D) university pathway programs online

Before your start your ApplyOnline application, choose your preferred Diploma-to-Degree university pathway course program –

  • University of Western Sydney
  • University of Technology Sydney
  • Australian College of Applied Psychology

Please download the application form for the relevant university, complete it and scan to your computer folders.

Complete the TAFE NSW ApplyOnline application and upload the university application form with your other documents (e.g. academic transcript, English language test results).

If you do not submit the correct university application form with your TAFE online application for the Diploma-to-Degree package, the processing of your application may be delayed.

 

How to apply for Diploma-to-Degree (D2D) university pathway programs with a paper application form

D2D programs with University of Western Sydney (UWS)

  • Complete two application forms – a TAFE NSW application form and a UWS application form
  • Return both completed application forms to the International Students Centre, PO Box 707, Broadway NSW 2007 Australia
  • We will assess your application. If successful, ISC will send two offer letters – one for the TAFE NSW diploma and one for the UWS degree.The TAFE NSW offer letter will have an invoice statement which lists tuition fee payments, charges for airport pick-up and accommodation (if requested), and Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC). The UWS provisional offer will state the credit you will receive for the TAFE NSW course, length and approximate costs of the UWS degree.
  • To accept the TAFE NSW and USW offer, you must forward to the ISC:

1. One semester's tuition fee for the TAFE NSW course
2. ELICOS course fees, if applicable
3. A$100 TAFE NSW registration fee
4. A$2,000 partial payment deposit for the UWS course. ISC will issue both TAFE and USW eCoEs (electronic Confirmations of Enrolment).

D2D programs with University of Technology Sydney (UTS)

  • Complete a TAFE NSW application form and return the completed application form with certified documents to the ISC
  • ISC will assess your application and issue an offer letter for the TAFE NSW Diploma. The TAFE NSW offer letter will have an invoice statement which lists tuition fee payments, charges for airport pick-up and accommodation (if requested), and Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC). The ISC will send the student a copy of the UTS application form with the TAFE NSW offer letter.
  • Submit the UTS application form to the UTS International office with a copy of the TAFE NSW offer. The UTS International office will issue a conditional offer letter stating the credit you will receive tor the TAFE NSW course, length and approximate costs for the UTS degree
  • To accept the TAFE NSW offer you must forward to the ISC:

1. One semester's tuition fee for the TAFE NSW course
2. ELICOS course fees, if applicable
3. A$100 TAFE NSW registration fee (or A$150 registration fee for TAFE/English package)
4. A copy of the UTS offer. ISC will issue a TAFE eCoE.

  • To accept the UTS offer and receive an eCoE you must forward to the UTS International office:

1. TAFE NSW eCoE and UTS acceptance form
2. UTS package offer fee A$110

D2D programs with Australian College of Applied Psychology (ACAP)

  • Complete two application forms – a TAFE NSW application form and an ACAP application form
  • Return both completed application forms to the International Students Centre, PO Box 707, Broadway NSW 2007 Australia
  • We will assess your application. If successful, ISC will send two offer letters - one for the TAFE NSW diploma and one for the ACAP degree. The TAFE NSW offer letter will have an invoice statement which lists tuition fee payments, charges for airport pick-up and accommodation (if requested), and Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC). The ACAP provisional offer will state the credit you will receive for the TAFE NSW course, length and approximate costs of the ACAP degree.
  • To accept the TAFE NSW and ACAP offers, you must forward to the ISC:

1. One semester's tuition fee for the TAFE NSW course
2. ELICOS course fees, if applicable
3. A$100 TAFE NSW registration fee (or A$150 registration fee for TAFE/English package)
4. A$1,000 partial payment deposit for the ACAP course

  • ISC will issue the TAFE NSW eCoE and send a copy to ACAP so they can issue the ACAP eCoE.
