The campuses are all within easy reach of Sydney's central city area and located close to public transport and major shopping centres as well as restaurants, cafes and beaches.

The Institute has international students from 65 countries. Northern Sydney Institute offers over 100 courses for international students from Certificate to Advanced Diploma qualifications with many programs offering pathway opportunities to university. Graduating students can enrol in a bachelor degree with up to two years' credit.

Our dedicated staff assist international students throughout their stay, looking after all your needs to ensure your experience is enjoyable. Tutorial support is just one of the many free services provided to help international students succeed, together with employment support via our job service Careers Connect @ NSI.

Northern Sydney Institute campuses have modern training facilities, cafés, recreational areas, libraries, computer labs and regular Student Association activities.

The Institute operates its own TAFE English Language Centre (TELC) located at Crows Nest College, offering IELTS Preparation Programs, English for Academic Purposes, General to Advanced English (with direct entry in TAFE Certificate and Diploma Courses) and High School Preparation.
