New Study Abroad Schools
The International Students Centre is excited to announce the addition of four new schools to the Study Abroad Program.
Ku-Ring-Gai High School of the Creative Arts
The only Creative Arts High School in NSW located in the picturesque Northern Suburbs of Sydney 30km from Sydney CBD. As well as the main academic subjects, the school offers design and technology, visual design, visual arts, photography, textiles and design. Dance, drama, hospitality and Spanish (beginners and continuers) are also available as elective subjects. The school’s website is currently being upgraded and should be available April 2009.

Endeavour Sports High School
One of only two Sports high schools offered to Study Abroad students located in Southern Sydney 5km from Cronulla Beach. International students can participate in Targeted Sports program. Targeted sports include athletics, baseball, basketball, dance, golf, hockey, soccer, swimming, tennis, trampoline and waterpolo. Electives in year 11 include marine studies, hospitality, sports coaching, music and psychology.

Sylvania High School
Co-educational high school located in Sydney’s beautiful southern suburbs. French and German offered in Year 11 and 12. Other electives include visual arts, software design and development, engineering studies, food technology, drama and dance. Sports offered include golf, surfing, roller blading, bowling, hockey, footsal, handball, volleyball, fishing, weight training and rock climbing.

Hunters Hill High School
Situated on Sydney Harbour on over six hectares of land, the school is a short ferry ride to the Sydney CBD. Electives in year 11 include Italian and Japanese for beginners and continuers, legal studies, visual arts, photography, music and food technology.
Limited vacancies in year 11 only. Applications must be sent to school first for decision on enrolment.
