Outstanding 2008 HSC results
In 2008 our international students achieved outstanding Higher School Certificate (HSC) results. Of the 611 international students who sat the HSC, 166 students (27%) appeared on the HSC Honour Roll, scoring over 90% in a subject.
Six international students achieved Top All Rounder status, and ten students were placed in the top ten places for a subject, including first place for Indonesian Background Speakers.
Our international students were listed on the HSC Honour Roll for 32 subjects and attended 56 schools which is a record number.
We congratulate all these students for such outstanding results and wish them the best of luck in their future studies. We also thank the schools and the many staff involved. These excellent results maintain NSW government schools’ reputation of providing world class education.
