DEC International provided advice and material to the Volunteer Services Department within All Africa Games (COJA), and delivered training sessions to COJA volunteers.
All Africa Games: 2003
TAFE NSW, through DEC International, provided consultancy services and leadership training for the organising committee of the Games, and volunteers in Nigeria. We delivered:
- Training resources
- Training sessions to more than 200 team leaders for Games Time
- Training and orientation manuals and templates
- Training in leadership and facilitator skills
- Training programs for volunteers
DEC International helped bring together COJA’s plans and all events were held successfully thanks the training expertise provided.
